does anybody know anything to make sore eyes less sore? they've eben getting so painful after i've been sight reading music for an hour or studying. i have an appointment to get my eyes check for glasses on thursday, but they still hurt now!

Tue, April 8, 2008 - 10:51 PMAn old yoga trick: Rub your hands together really fast and create enough friction to make your hands really warm. Then place your hands over your eyes. The top of your hand (just below the fingers) rests on your eyebrows, and the base of your palm (the soft padded part of the bottom of your hand, should land on your cheekbones. Very relaxing, de-stressing.

rest your eyes with the cloth on them.
there's also the old cucumber trick...place a thin slice over each eye. I;'d be SURE to use clean,organic cukes. -

Wed, April 9, 2008 - 5:10 PMmight be fine, and you can drink the tea.only caveat is that chamomile is rather warming and sometimes sore eyes want to be cooled,so think about cucumbers to balance if you need...
