    hi
i have ordered blue lotus dried flowers, and tried them for tea. it is supposed to be a mild epathogen, producing a relaxing, slightly euphoric effect. First time I made a fairly strong brew, and after a cup or two it did seem to produce a nice state, clearing the head, and bringing out a somewhat positive clear mood. There were some other substances mixed at that time, but the effect still seemed apparent. Another time, I repeated this experience by itself, and noted that the change of mood lasted for about 40 minutes at most. then you just return to your normal state.
Weak infusions don't work that noticeable. I brewed a thermos of it a couple of times, and take for a walk, and it doesn't seem to do much, if it doesn't taste bitter. So you've gotta use enough (I suggest at least 1 Tbsp per cup).
I still wanna try Blue Lotus resin. It is supposed to be stronger.

Have you tried it yourself yet? Would be interesting to know you experience!

I put some leaves in a glass of wine and let it sit for about 45 minutes before drinking it. When I did, I also chewed the leaves, which didn't taste bad. My body felt warm and tingly all over, my mood was very elevated, and I would say that it had quite the aphrodisiac effect, but in a higher, kind of blend with your soul mate with activated chakras kind of rush, haha. It felt like I had drank 3 glasses of wine instead of just one,
but wasn't as foggy as if I had done so. I love the stuff.
