BTW, here's a nice easy way to take some Turmeric (also called 'Olena):

Breaking The Vicious Cycle: Intestinal Health Through Diet
I recently worked with a woman who was on the diet suggested by the above mentioned book for two years. She had found that she got considerable relief and when I met with her was in the process of incorporating foods other than the one's suggested by the book back into her diet. She was doing this slowly and finding that she was able to tolerate things she had not in the past. In addition to the dietary stuff, she was a strong advocate for herself. Herbally, last I met with her she was beginning to incorporate seaweed and nettle into her diet successfully as well as raw farm fresh milk.
I hope this is helpful...I am not sure the diet described is for everyone, but it does offer some insights and is worth taking into consideration.
Blessings
