Nettle infusions, both preventatively and for acute episodes. Osha root for acute episodes. These are my preferred herbs for allergies of all sorts. I have had good success with people with animal allergies.

Hello,

My fiance has horrible allergies to cats and sometimes dogs. If has to do with their dander. His allergies are a bit different because they dont get better after being exposed to cats long term. If there is any change it is usually a bad one. He has had positive results using yerba mate but he has to take this for a few days before being exposed to cats and continue drinking it about 2 or 3 times a day. Is there anything else we can do for him? And will the same remedies work for him that work for people with hay fever?

Thank you,
