Has anyone else watched the videos posted on You Tube called 'Eat the Weeds?' There are at least 80 of them, and he's very informative, from where to find them, how to identify, what parts are edible, and how to prepare. I'm addicted.

the YouTube video sounds interesting. There is a DVD out called Herbalism: Unlocking the Healing Benefits of Nature
synopsis: Explore the healing properties of herbs with this enlightening program covering the traditional art of Western herbalism, a practice that taps into the "life force energies" of plants to heal a variety of illnesses and conditions. Thorough explanations of the healing properties of numerous plants and flowers include discussion of how each can be used to alleviate or eliminate diseases including cancer, AIDS and many other ailments.
