I like using clary sage, geranium and lavender in a grapeseed infusion for massage and general hydration during PMS and menstruation; very balancing. Rubbing the infusion on your abdomen, breasts and lower back is recommended. Also, the older the clary sage plant the better so, if you can keep it growing for the next couple of years, your oils will have that much more concentration of constituents.
