      <description>harvest the flowering tops and use them in an oil infusion.  I like using clary sage, geranium and lavender in &#xD;
a grapeseed infusion for massage and general hydration during PMS and menstruation; very balancing.&#xD;
&#xD;
Rubbing the infusion on your abdomen, breasts and lower back is recommended.&#xD;
&#xD;
Also, the older the clary sage plant the better so, if you can keep it growing for the next couple of years, &#xD;
your oils will have that much more concentration of constituents.</description>

      <description>Hello... does anyone here know what part of the clary sage plant to harvest and what uses are?    &#xD;
